Chapter 1 - Day 7 - Texas (Finally), Cold and Harry Potter

FINALLY we made it to Texas. It feels like we've been traveling for weeks to get here. The morning started out cold and the breakfast at Coulter Farmstead was lovely. Getting it delivered right to us was something special.

The drive into Texas was fine. Sunny, decent roads, etc.

We stopped at the first Buc-ee's we came across and bought a few things. Both Clay and I are addicted to the candied nuts. And of course we came out with a magnet.

We drove right to Grapevine Mills Mall to go to Sealife, a small aquarium. But the mall had everything. We went into Spencers, Disney Store, Hot Topic, got frozen yogurt, and wandered through the aquarium. There was so much in this mall.

The drive to our next overnight was a quick couple of bridges from Grapevine Mills to Lake Dallas Park, but we took it to give us an hour to relax before going to Harry Potter Experience. It also gave us a chance to see where we were sleeping and how close the showers were.

Harry Potter was awesome. I'll let the pics do the talking.

And a vid of the unicorn because they did a great job with it.
